Virus Inactivation Study – Promethean Flame

The purpose of the study was to evaluate the ability of the test article to inactivate a representative enveloped virus, TGEV. The anticipated mechanism of action for viral inactivation is exposure of viral particles to UV light generated by the test article. As part of the study, the intensity of UV output from test article was also evaluated.
